Letting Your Property
Using state of the art property software, Matthew James Property Services will make sure that your property receives maximum advertising exposure. All of our properties are advertised on the main property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla Primelocation, Findaproperty and even spareroom.com (where required).
Finding Suitable Tenants
All our tenants are fully reference checked prior to moving into a property. This includes credit searches, financial profiles, previous landlord references and work references. Guarantors are put in place where required.
Setting Up Tenancies
Once suitable tenants have been found and referenced we can arrange for the tenants to move in. Matthew James can manage the whole move in process including drawing up tenancies, registration of the deposit, setting up utility accounts, compilation of an inventory and much more. Many landlords don’t want to be dealing with the day to day management of their rental property. Matthew James fully managed service takes away the hassle of renting a property. Included in this service we collect the rent, inspect properties every 3 months minimum and deal with all property maintenance.
Matthew James Property Services work in partnership with Spark Energy to assist landlords with the management of energy, broadband and TV accounts.
