Application Forms for rental properties
If you have viewed a property and like what you see, the next stage is to apply. Please download the relevant application form and hand deliver it to our City Centre branch or send it back to us at lettings@matthewjames.uk.com
As part of the process, the relevant fees will need to be sent to Matthew James Property Services bank account. Please note that no conversations will take place with the Landlord until fees have been receive.
The standard application form
This application form is for those that are self-sufficient or in full time employment.
The student application form
This application form is for all applicants that consider themselves full time students. For part time students, please complete the standard application form..
The guarantor application form
This application form is to be completed alongside a student application form or a standard application form.
The company application form
This application form is only to be completed if the applicant is a company. Please note that the tenancy for this kind of application would need to be a shorthold assured tenancy.
